This is Lloyd. He's a very special boy to us.Sadly, he was tied up to our shelter front fence by a person (his "owner?") -- during our working hours! The person was obviously in too big of a hurry to even bring him in safely and tell us about him. The poor darling...Lloyd has some skin issues and was starving when he arrived, but he is getting healthy and is the sweetest dog ever.
