Australian Shepherd - Medium - Young - Female - Dog - Chyna
Description
Chyna gave birth to 9 children and came to us. This was just another of many litters, but her last. She was surrendered to us due to abuse in her home and she is adjusting rather well, all things considered. She was sprayed with mace if she didn't come when called and beaten and dragged but she is such a loving girl despite it all. She has had multiple litters of puppies and this is her first litter that she has been allowed to have alive, since the prior owner felt they should all be killed. Chyna has undergone much emotional and physical duress but is such a sweetheartand very intelligent. She will shake, sit and is great on a leash and loves attention. She is even housebroken. She is terrified of storms but she is a Hurricane Katrina survivorand we believe that is the cause of her fear with them. She isn't alarge dog and would be such a great companion for a family. She loves children and gets along great with other animals. She was heartworm positive but we had her treated and she is doing fantastic!
